Designation: Client Success - NPS (Net Promoter Score) Advocate
Reporting to: General Manager
Summary:
The Client Success Specialist will be accountable for the overall management of existing clients in alignment with their respective EVA projects. They are responsible for acquiring client feedback (negative and positive), client satisfaction rating that corresponds to the Net Promoter Score. Develop relationships with key decision makers within existing clients to successfully show EVA’s value.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the onboarding of new clients to aid in facilitating better communication for the scope and estimate of work. Applicable also for existing and future clients. Strategically partner with Relationship Managers to achieve this goal.
- Guiding and executing best practices to support clients while gaining trust of individuals at all levels of client organization.
- Identify issues, needs, opportunities, threats, and alternatives and communicate with the General Manager to propose a plan of action.
- Establishing and/improving positive strategic relationships with client team and executives where applicable.
- Providing development, execution, and problem solving to define solutions to increase and/or maintain engagement rates in EVA’s services.
- Managing client concerns by coordinating involvement of internal resources to maintain satisfaction, retention, and client performance goals.
Candidate Profile:
- 2-3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management
- A successful track record managing high value clients
- Architecture, Engineering or Design background is a must
- Highly effective communicator (English and Arabic preferred)
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering impeccable customer service
- Must be able to work full time in the headquarters based in Fujairah

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
