Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
- Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
- Developing and presenting project proposals.
- Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
- Specifying the architectural materials needed for construction of projects.
- Prepares 3D photo-realistic renderings animated walkthroughs and other 3D visualizations Preparation of design presentations.
- Coordinating the design between the other department structural.
- Create detailed and accurate architectural and engineering drawings for Authorities submission.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Working with AutoCAD applications- Photoshop - Primavera - 3D - Revit - Illustrator - and associated design tools.
- Excellent 3D rendering skills using software such as 3DS Max, V-Ray, Corona
- Be extensively and progressively responsible experience in planning, designing and managing design and construction.
- Have the Ability to independently prepare architectural procedures and forms.
- demonstrate ability to present complex information to diverse audiences, both verbally and graphically.
- Experienced in dealing with Authorities and their Regulations.
- Have the Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- Have demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate projects.
