Subject Matter Expert(SME) and Trainer:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Trainer to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the effectiveness and adoption of our EdTech solution among educators and learners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching k-12, combined with expertise in instructional design and technology integration.
Responsibilities:
Training and Professional Development:
Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educators on the use of educational technology tools.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to educators to enhance their proficiency in integrating technology into teaching practices.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in educational technology to continuously improve training programs.
Product Coordination:
Collaborate with product development teams to gather feedback from educators and stakeholders on existing products and potential enhancements.
Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of new features and products based on user feedback and market research.
Coordinate product testing and pilot programs to gather insights and ensure product quality and usability.
Content Creation and Documentation:
Sort and curate educational content, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and alignment with curriculum standards.
Research and identify new educational content and resources to enhance our platform’s offerings
Create instructional materials, user guides, and tutorials to support educators in effectively utilizing educational technology tools.
Develop engaging and interactive multimedia content to enhance training sessions and online resources.
Maintain documentation and resources related to product features, updates, and troubleshooting tips.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, school administrators, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
Serve as a liaison between users and the product development team, advocating for user-centred design and continuous improvement.
Evaluation and Assessment:
Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of training programs and the

Experience with specific K-12 educational standards and frameworks (e.g., Common Core State Standards in the US, National Curriculum in the UK).
Familiarity with popular educational technology tools and platforms used in K-12 classrooms (e.g., Learning Management Systems, interactive whiteboards, digital content repositories).
