Job Description
The System Analyst is responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing information systems, as well as evaluating the compatibility of these systems with desired outcomes.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct system testing, identify problems, and respond to them by addressing any errors.
-Utilize structured analysis to identify system requirements and meet those specifications.
-Explain systems to managers and users.
-Develop technical solutions to address any system issues that may arise.
-Write code and utilize computer hardware and systems to innovate new technological solutions and modify existing systems, integrating new features to improve work efficiency.
-Collaborate with employees, including programmers, developers, clients, and stakeholders, and provide reports to them.
-Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand and document their requirements to create technical specifications.
-Design databases and systems and upgrade infrastructure.
-Examine and analyze information systems, business models, and identify requirements.
-Perform necessary analysis and prepare proposals for modified or alternative systems, evaluating solutions in terms of technical and business suitability.
-Adhere to established budgets and complete tasks within deadlines.
-Supervise the implementation of new systems and system updates

-2-3 years of experience in the financial technology field.
-Quick learning skills to adapt to the company s systems and software.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-In-depth knowledge of various programming languages and computer systems.
-Possession of analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Keeping up with technological and industry advancements.
-Negotiation and planning skills, along with the ability to collaborate and work in a team.
-Initiative and proactive approach.
-Flexibility in work with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details effectively.
