Thorough study of project documents viz. IFC drawings, specifications, BOQ and raise RFIs in case of discrepancies / incomplete information.
Manage MEP shop drawings & As-built drawings preparation as per project requirement.
Supervise & lead the Drafting team by cross-checking all drawings to ensure it is up to standard.
Carryout engineering calculations viz. AC heat load / pump head / ESP calculations, equipment selections and other relevant calculations for new projects.
Active coordination with MEP project team and consultant’s team.
Review / checking of material submittals and ensure approval of the same.
Prepare & maintain detailed Logs for material, shop drawings, RFIs, method statements etc.
Authority & close out document submissions in coordination with project team.
Strong interaction with PMs, Coordinators & Project Engineers for MEP drawings, RFIs, Material submittals etc.
Attending site meetings to discuss projects, engineering requirements etc.
Provide technical support and Lead MEP Drafting team to meet company’s & projects’ requirements for detailed technical evaluation, study, design, optimization.
