About the Role:
In this fast-paced environment, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant floor.
Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet guests and present menus.
• Assist with seating and answer menu questions, offering recommendations when requested.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems.
• Ensure special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated clearly to the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, replenishing supplies and bussing tables.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and attentively, adhering to service standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues, including bussers, kitchen staff, and bartenders, to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Perform opening and closing sidework duties.
• Stay updated on menu changes, specials, and promotions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 2 to 3 Years of experience
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under pressure, and manage multiple tables simultaneously.
• Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Very good knowledge of food and beverage service.
