Job Description
Lead the Human Resource initiatives for the concerned business unit by providing end to end HR Support.
- In conjunction with the General/ Divisional Manager, consolidate the manpower requirements for the respective Business Unit.
- In coordination with the Recruitment Executive, ensure that the division is adequately staffed within the stipulated timelines and allocated budget
- Support the recruitment process by conducting interviews along with the respective line manager
- Lead the on boarding process for new recruits from the HR orientation stage to the completion of functional induction
- Ensure that the Probationary reviews are completed within the specified guidelines. Support the Line Manager to address performance discrepancies, if any.
- Responsible for driving the talent management initiatives for the business unit
- Responsible for driving initiatives within the business unit that will facilitate employee retention
- Responsible for ensuring that the performance appraisals are conducted on time and in a qualitative manner.
- Ensure that the Divisional Training Needs are addressed through the corporate training calendar
- Conduct Annual team building initiatives for greater cohesiveness and synergy within the team
- Ensure employee queries are addressed in a timely manner through frequent contact and support
- Generate division specific/HR specific reports in a timely and qualitative manner
