Job Description:
- Strong knowledge for OFF-PLAN & Secondary Properties (RENT/SALE).
- Consult with clients on how to sell their home quickly and for a good value.
- Advise clients throughout the negotiation process to help them get maximum value for their home.
- Study your local real estate community and be knowledgeable on current home sales.
- Advertise your realtor services to the local community through marketing materials and networking.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have atleast 2 Years Experience in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Negotiation and Closing Skills
- Goal-Oriented with a Track Record of Meeting or Exceeding Sales Targets
- Bilingual is a Plus
- Preferably with UAE Driving License
- Must have knowledge of Dubai Market
- Must have knowledge of RERA Rules and Regulations
