Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally as they arrive;
- Manage appointments bookings and schedule using the Fresha system;
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries via email and social media;
- Handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently;
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area;
- Process payments and manage cash register.

Manicurist/Pedicurist Duties:
- Provide high-quality manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping,cuticle care and polish application;
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools and workspace;
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends and techniques.

Facial Specialist Duties:
- Conduct skin analysis to determine client needs;
- Perform various facial treatments including cleansing,exfoliation,extraction, massage and mask application;
- Provide recommendations for at-home skincare routines;
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist,manicurist,pedicurist and facial specialist;
- Proficiency in using the Fresha booking system;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Strong customer service orientation;
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness;
- Certification in nail and skincare services is preferred.

Workin Hours:
Full-time position with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
