Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor who has expertise with a minimum of UAE 3 -5 years of relevant experience in automobile garages, to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the liaison between our customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring seamless communication and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Greet customers courteously and assist them in understanding their vehicle service needs.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document them.
• Provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs and maintenance to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity.

Service Coordination:

• Schedule service appointments efficiently, considering the availability of technicians and required parts.
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency and customer requirements.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to convey customer concerns and service requirements.

Estimation and Quoting:

• Inspect vehicles to determine the scope of service or repairs needed.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for labor and parts, ensuring transparency in pricing.
• Present service quotes to customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Upselling and Customer Education:

• Recommend additional services or maintenance based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations.
• Educate customers on the importance of regular maintenance and address any misconceptions they may have.
• Promote service packages and loyalty programs to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle repairs.
• Process service orders, invoices, and payments promptly and accurately.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any unresolved issues.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other team members, including technicians and parts department staff, to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new procedures, products, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile garage.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computerized service management systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs and documenting service records.
