Job duties and responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings related to interior design projects.
- Fabricate and assemble structural metal products according to specifications, ensuring high quality and precision.
- Operate machinery such as shears, saws, flame cutters, and drill presses.
- Inspect fabricated components for compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Perform welding and other related tasks as needed.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and interior design standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used work performed.
- Stay updated with latest techniques and tools in metal fabrication.
Job qualifications/requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Steel Fabricator in the fit-out Industry.
- Preferably candidates with a vocational course certificate in related field.
- Knowledge of various metal working techniques and tools
