Job Summary: We are hiring Commercial Specialist for Real Estate Company who can play a pivotal role in managing and expanding the commercial real estate portfolio of the company. Who can be responsible for driving leasing and sales activities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the profitability of commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
· Market and lease commercial properties to prospective tenants.
· Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and agreements to maximize occupancy and rental income.
· Facilitate property sales transactions, including market analysis, property valuations, and contract negotiations.
· Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and other stakeholders.
· Address tenant inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
· Ensure compliance with leasing regulations, property laws, and contractual obligations.
· Coordinate with legal counsel, property managers, and external advisors on legal matters affecting commercial properties.
· Proven experience in commercial real estate, including leasing, sales, and property management.
· Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation methods, and investment analysis.
