Job Description

Payroll Administration

· Process Payroll: Handle the end-to-end payroll processing for employees using SAP Payroll software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and UAE labour laws.

· SAP Proficiency: Utilize SAP Payroll to maintain employee records, process payroll transactions, and generate necessary reports.

· Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data through regular audits and validations.

· Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns and payments.

· Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, and other company-provided benefits.

· Issue Resolution: Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly and professionally.

· Reporting: Generate and distribute payroll reports, summaries, and metrics to management as required.

Attendance Handling

· Attendance Management: Oversee the tracking and management of employee attendance, including leave, overtime, and absences.

· System Integration: Ensure accurate integration of attendance data with payroll systems.

· Policy Enforcement: Enforce attendance policies and address any discrepancies or violations.

Compliance with UAE Labour Laws

· Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on UAE labour laws and ensure all payroll processes comply with these regulations.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance with UAE labour laws.

· Audit Support: Prepare and provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.

Human Resources Support

· Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including the setup of payroll and benefits.

· HR Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in SAP and other HR systems.

· Policy Implementation: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations

· Training and Development: Support HR in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees.
