Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role requires a strategic thinker who is detail-oriented and has a proven ability to source, attract, and retain top talent across various regions. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage, enhancing our ability to connect with a diverse talent pool. Key skills that are highly desirable for this position include excellent communication abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the forex or fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on attracting high-quality talent in the forex and fintech industries.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates worldwide. Utilize headhunting, referrals, networking, and other creative methods to fill key positions.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding. Maintain professional and transparent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand staffing requirements and develop strategic recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion and integrate recruitment practices that promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
- Market Research: Stay informed about labor market trends, competitor activities, and candidate availability to refine and optimize recruitment strategies.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report hiring progress to senior management.
- Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment to maintain a competitive edge in attracting talent.
- Communication and Organization: Exhibit excellent communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders, while maintaining organized and detailed recruitment records.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of three years in talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on global recruitment. Experience in the fintech or forex industries is highly desirable.
- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential. Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proficient in a variety of recruitment techniques, including strategic sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and leveraging advanced recruitment technologies.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to attract top talent.
- Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying and addressing potential issues throughout the recruitment process.
