Job Title: SCADA Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SCADA systems for tunnel projects, covering both hardware and software aspects.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to gather requirements and establish SCADA system specifications.
- Configure SCADA software and program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to manage tunnel control systems efficiently.
- Seamlessly integrate SCADA systems with other tunnel subsystems, including ventilation, lighting, and fire detection systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and commissioning of SCADA systems to ensure compliance with project standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for SCADA systems during project implementation and operation phases.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for SCADA systems, including user manuals, technical specifications, and as-built drawings.
- Monitor and optimize SCADA system performance through data analysis and implementation of necessary enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and regulations governing SCADA systems in tunnel projects.
- Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines, such as electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering teams, to ensure smooth integration of SCADA systems with overall project requirements.
