Role : BA with ATM Cards Experience
Strong writing BRD and undersing the Requirements in Cards and ATM Domian
Our ATMs are largely Diabold now and few are NCRs.
Our requirements would be to enable new features on our ATMs like EID reader, Dome camera upgrade, multiple cheque deposit, etc.
worked on Interactive teller Machines will be helpful.
Must have : Strong BA – ISO 8583 for ATM, POS, IMPS, ITM Switch, IST Switch, MasterCard, VISA.

Responsibilities:
Role : BA Cards ATM
Location : Dubai
Identifying the stakeholders- Establishing the roles and the corresponding responsibilities of the different Stakeholders
- Preparing Point-of-Contacts from Client for interacting with Expleo team for requirements gathering and clarification discussions
Business Process Mapping and Requirement Gathering
- Meeting relevant business stakeholders to understand the current business processes ‘AS IS’
- Preparation of high-level business process maps for ‘TO BE’ process
Preparation of a high-level set of business requirements aligned to Client operations including the Functional and non-functional requirements
- Methodical review of requirements and business process maps for completeness, clarity, consistency and appropriateness
- Raising observations and clarifications to relevant stakeholders
Clarifying and confirming the requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Preparation of detailed list of functional features, business rules, validation points etc.,
Clarifying and confirming the requirements with relevant stakeholders
Presentation of the BRD to Client stakeholders.
