Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Executive or Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our human resources practices, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations across GCC countries.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage payroll processes.
- Foster a positive company culture and employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or Manager in the GCC region.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Dubai and other GCC countries.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
