We are seeking a skilled and experienced Moodle IT Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and scripting modules in Moodle and providing expert advice on how we can maximize the benefits of using this platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and script custom Moodle modules to meet our educational needs.
- Provide expert consultation on Moodle's capabilities and how it can be best utilized within our organization.
- Collaborate with our education and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Moodle modules.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to effectively use Moodle features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Moodle.
- Stay updated with the latest Moodle developments and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and scripting Moodle modules.
- Strong understanding of Moodle’s architecture and functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
