We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Presales Engineer with a strong background in Electrical and Electronics subjects to join our team. The Presales Engineer will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise and solutions to our clients in the Middle East market. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and proficiency in data analysis and MS Office tools.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and identify technical solutions for Datacenter Solutions, UPS Systems, Base Station Power system, Energy Storage and Solar Products.
2. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
3. Prepare detailed technical proposals, specifications, and quotations based on customer needs and project requirements.
4. Assist in creating technical documentation and data analysis for various projects and sales activities.
5. Provide excellent pre-sales support and respond to technical queries from customers in a timely manner.
6. Work closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
7. Keep updated with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to offer cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions to our customers.
Technical Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Presales or Technical Sales in the Middle East market.
2. Strong knowledge in Electrical and Electronics subjects, with the ability to apply this knowledge to various products and solutions.
3. Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially data analysis.
4. Added advantage of having experience in Datacenter Solutions, UPS Systems, B-ESS and Solar Products.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to customers.
6. UAE driving license is an added advantage.
Salary:
The salary for this position will be based on the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.
