Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed drawings and plans for building facades based on architectural designs and specifications.
- Collaborate with Technical Manager, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in drafting to facilitate smooth construction processes.
- Review and revise drawings as needed to incorporate changes or feedback.
- Create detailed fabrication drawings and specifications for facade components, including glass panels, aluminum frames, and other materials.
- Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure seamless execution of design plans and maintain quality standards throughout the fabrication process.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant drafting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Previous experience in facade design and fabrication is a must.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to facade design.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
