Job Description
Receive daily work instruction from immediate supervisor
Do the process planing and time estimation
Ensure to complete daily machine inspection checklist prior to shift start
Read work specification and drawings a stated in process control travellers
Perform machining process and ensure the dimensions
Maintain daily housekeeping
Follow safe work practices in all aspect of work
Maintain the machine tools and all related equipments in good condition.
Promote safe HSE culture in the workforce.
Perform OH&S Hazard Identification & Risk assessment & Environmental Aspect & Impact study to improve the HSE in their areas of Functions
Help to Achieve QHSE Objectives & Continual Improvement of IMS Management system
Report the timely reporting & investigation of Incidents, Near Misses & Fatal injuries
Ensure that all assignments are followed as per HSEQ requirements.
Actively Participates in emergency response programs
