- Design and deliver training programs and materials on various topics related to employee development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training content.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage and maintain learning management systems to track training activities and progress.
