We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to support the growth and development of our employees.

  • Design and deliver training programs and materials on various topics related to employee development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training content.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and maintain learning management systems to track training activities and progress.
