Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will focus on building strong relationships with company-provided leads, converting them into satisfied clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the document-clearing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales:
  • Focus on converting warm leads provided by the company into paying clients, leveraging your exceptional communication and sales skills.
  • Build rapport and trust with potential clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Guide clients through the sales process, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ultimately closing deals.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and a smooth, efficient service delivery.
  • Proactively manage client expectations and ensure their satisfaction with Gate ElWasl's services.
  • Document Processing:
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely document processing, following established procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, particularly in a B2B setting.
  • Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, active listening, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
