We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie - Duck Section who has a deep understanding of peking duck preparation and cooking techniques.
The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a commitment to excellence, and a dedication to providing outstanding culinary experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and cook a variety of duck dishes to the highest standards especially Peking Duck.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of all seafood ingredients
- Develop and innovate new duck recipes and menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Duck Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Peking duck preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to create and innovate duck dishes
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
