Seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Operations and Sales Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Assort and process customer orders
- Check and issue invoices for clients
- Recheck client orders for accuracy
- Send stock request emails to the Trafco team
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collect cheques
- Deliver orders to clients' homes or corporate locations
- Assist with sales to HORECA (hotels, restaurants, and catering) and supermarket clients
- Conduct bank deposits
- Attend client meetings
- Manage van sales
- Monitor stock variances
- Arrange for monthly vehicle servicing
- Handle Ministry of health inspections
- Check the company's P.O. box on a weekly basis
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the HORECA or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
- Valid driving license for manual vehicles
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Valid work visa
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
