Job Summary:
Hydur is seeking a highly qualified and polished Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a well-educated, tech-savvy individual who is fluent in both English and Arabic. This role requires a young, presentable, and dynamic individual who is willing to travel extensively and accompany the CEO at all times. The candidate must possess a valid UAE driving license and excel in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
* Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Accompany the CEO on business trips and ensure all logistical needs are met.
* Act as the face of the company, representing Hydur in a professional and polished manner.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
* Assist in various personal tasks and errands as required by the CEO.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and manage office activities efficiently.
Requirements:
* Male candidate, well-educated and tech-savvy.
* Fluent in English and Arabic.
* Willingness to travel extensively and accompany the CEO at all times.
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
* Young, presentable, and dynamic with a polished appearance.
* Valid UAE driving license.
