Job Description

Key Activities:

Duties scope includes but are not limited to:

  • Coordination with shared services departments (HR, marketing, finance, facility management, operations) regarding weekly/monthly reporting over the meeting minutes/action points directed by the Director of Shared Services.
  • Status reporting
  • End to End completion
  • Assist in the Group requirements over operational/financial information completion
  • Evaluation of the contracts as per policies and procedures
  • Assist in the provision of relevant information from finance or other departments regarding payments under the Director
  • Making sure compliant
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentation/ evaluation of projects in terms of finance implementation and follow-up over different initiatives

Essential Skills:

  • Project management experience (general)
  • Finance background
  • Shared services (marketing, HR, procurement, IT) process awareness
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • End-to-end lead and completion of the tasks assigned
  • Skill in reporting, contract negotiations and finalization
  • Best communication skills
  • Experienced (5-10) years
