Job Description
Key Activities:
Duties scope includes but are not limited to:
- Coordination with shared services departments (HR, marketing, finance, facility management, operations) regarding weekly/monthly reporting over the meeting minutes/action points directed by the Director of Shared Services.
- Status reporting
- End to End completion
- Assist in the Group requirements over operational/financial information completion
- Evaluation of the contracts as per policies and procedures
- Assist in the provision of relevant information from finance or other departments regarding payments under the Director
- Making sure compliant
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentation/ evaluation of projects in terms of finance implementation and follow-up over different initiatives
Essential Skills:
- Project management experience (general)
- Finance background
- Shared services (marketing, HR, procurement, IT) process awareness
- Conflict resolution skills
- End-to-end lead and completion of the tasks assigned
- Skill in reporting, contract negotiations and finalization
- Best communication skills
- Experienced (5-10) years
