1. Support the Marketing Manager-Cultural Department
2. Implement and execute all deliverables as set out in the cultural marketing plan including; support for public programs, website, collateral requirements, museum initiatives, event support, promotions, etc;
3. Ensure all third parties are briefed accurately with respect of the required events/promotions/launches, etc and that their involvement is properly managed so that the objectives will be achieved ;
4. Educate and explain projects to stakeholders, prepare proposal and summary documents for all campaigns for stakeholder approval;
5. Work closely with suppliers and colleagues to plan and deliver marketing materials required to promote the cultural program and wider department objectives;
6. Oversee entry and management of content on Arts Abu Dhabi website in both English and Arabic;
7. Control costs and manage expenditure within allocated budget and report to manager
8. Execute all media plans ensuring maximum exposure with the appropriate target audiences;
9. Manage distribution and storage of merchandise, corporate gifts and collateral according to policy and other governance guidelines and prescriptions in association with procurement department.
10. Graphic and creative support when required for online banners and simple collateral;
11. Arabic proof reading and translation as required, attention to detail and knowledge of projects and programme;
12. Prepare creative briefs for the agencies and monitor work flow through to completion
