**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Generation and Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and lead generation, particularly within the branding and social media sector. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting them into satisfied customers.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
- Identify and target new business opportunities through various channels.
- Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in the branding and social media industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.**
**Compensation:**
This position offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure, allowing you to earn based on your performance and sales results. The more you sell, the more you earn. Additional details about the commission tiers and potential earnings will be discussed during the interview process.
