Job Description:
Position Overview: The Sales Manager - HoReCa Channel will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with key accounts in the hotel, restaurant, and café sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the HoReCa industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the HoReCa channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Strong network within the HoReCa industry in the UAE.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
