Ensure 100% availability of stocks by arranging and supervising all replenishments which include the following: Central DC items (all DC), DSD (FMCG, Ultra Fresh, etc.), Fresh Produce (Al Aweer), promotion goods.
Ensure that ecommerce SLAs are complied with on order allocation time, order preparation time, rider waiting time, out of stock%, cancellation%.
Monitors and adheres to SOPs on all operations aspects including but not limited to QHSE guidelines, expiry checks, shrinkage control, price update, store cleanliness, merchandising standards etc. in the store; for smooth stores operations.
Ensure efficient staff deployment through monitoring work, delegation, training, assisting manager in roster management, leave planning etc. for seamless store operations
Analyzing reports and implement necessary corrective actions on the floor to improve sales, shrinkage, inventory & maintain availability
