The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the luxury hospitality space, demonstrating a successful track record in managing high-end hospitality design projects.
Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of luxury hospitality projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or changes.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely and quality supply of materials.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
