Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Analyze market trends and property values to advise clients wisely.
- Network and generate leads to increase sales opportunities.
- Guide clients through the transaction process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Negotiate property sales and purchases, securing the best possible terms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, property inventory, and legal regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field.
- Strong drive for success in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to self-manage, analyze, and prioritize tasks.
- Current Real Estate Broker License (or the ability to obtain one promptly).
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (English speaker is required, Multilingual Advantageous)
