The Role
- This is an amazing opportunity to work with an overseas giga project
- Design background is essential
- Client is based in Saudi Arabia, where the working week is Sunday to Thursday
- Candidate will be expected to work Sunday to Thursday
- Will offer the opportunity to travel and possible work from Saudi Arabia (but not compulsory)
- Bilingual in Arabic / English is essential
- The position is office based with working from home options once onboarding completed
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Rapid response to emails from clients from 8am – Please note this will be 7am in the winter months when Saudi Arabia is +1 hours to Egypt
- Booking jobs in, adding to designers list in ‘Wiplist’ (company MIS system)
- Managing / overseeing projects
- Proofreading
- Client meetings via zoom/teams
- Briefing designers via email/zoom
- Design and create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages and ideas
- Maintain a high standard of quality control
Requirements
- Design background is essential
- Campaign experience is required, even a basic level
- Excellent grasp of the English language (punctuation, grammar, spelling)
- Admin experience – including downloading assets, PDFs, JPGs
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Keen eye for design
- Quick learner/worker/decision maker
