We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Tele-sales Executive to join our team. As a Tele-sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our real estate services, and converting leads into successful deals. *Responsibilities:*
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Present and promote real estate services to potential clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
*Requirements:*
- 0-2 years of experience in tele-sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English.
*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
