Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the IT, cybersecurity, and outsourcing sectors. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of IT, cybersecurity, and outsourcing solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide clients with the most relevant solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize your earnings through commissions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or IT staff augmentation.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, cybersecurity principles, and outsourcing models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to work on a commission-only basis, with the potential for high earnings based on performance.
