Zimal Businessmen Services LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and tours.
- Provide information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and provide clients with the best travel options.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel partners and vendors.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of travel booking software and online booking systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
