Planning & Approvals Engineer
- Develop and maintain comprehensive work schedules for rewarded projects and update those schedules periodically based on actual progress.
- Prepare and update progress reports in coordination with project management teams.
- Apply for and obtain all necessary work permits and approvals from authorities, managements, and developers in Dubai. This includes permits for full builds, modifications, fit-outs, interiors, landscaping, and swimming pool construction.
- Collaborate with the design team to update drawings needed for approvals.
- Obtain all required passes for site works.
- Manage and organize material submittals for all project types.
- Administer and coordinate all project activities, from simple tasks to complex ones, in collaboration with project managers.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
- Act as a liaison between projects and the procurement department.
- Work closely with Project Managers to maximize progress and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Perform various coordinating tasks required by the project management office, including administrative duties such as maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
