Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential sales opportunities and connections.
  • Utilize active links and contacts within the Dubai real estate market, including property developers and owners, to secure contracting project opportunities.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, consultants, contractors, and interior consulting designers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with active sales agents to generate business opportunities.
  • Secure and negotiate contracting projects for the company with the supporting and management team.
  • Proactively seek out new sales prospects through various channels, including networking events and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing our projects and services.
  • Generate regular reviews and reports to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences to showcase our offerings and establish new connections.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
  • Solicit feedback from customers and prospects, and relay relevant insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the inquiry process, categorizing projects based on their status and coordinating with relevant departments accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate sales and real estate market is essential.
  • Proven track record in a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably within the real estate, interior consulting, furniture, luxury building materials, or fit-out industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • In-depth understanding of negotiation strategies.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
