Astra Music Publishing FZCO is looking to hire a talented and ambitious all round young professional for their office in Dubai.
As a flexible all round professional, you will independently handle accounting related tasks relating to Astra Music Publishing FZCO. In addition, when necessary you will be required to rise to the occasion and step to arrange all that is required around the day-to-day management of R3HAB (professional and private) who is a leading Dutch/Moroccan DJ & Producer ranked #13 on the prestigious DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs chart.
Responsibilities
Accounting
● Managing the company’s financial accounts, budget and financial assets
● Handling the company’s transactions
● Assisting in the preparation for the company’s financial audits
● Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data to reach financial objectives
● Planning, implementing and supervising the company’s financial strategy
Assistant & Day-to-Day Management
- Booking travel, logistics, restaurants and accommodations
● Research and book travel arrangements
● Coordinate ground transportation
● Reserve accommodations
● Book reservations at dining venues
● Coordinate with local contacts and services for a smooth stay
- Building itineraries & scheduling appointments (professional & private)
● Create detailed daily itineraries (incl. schedules)
● Arrange meetings and personal engagements
● Handle all arrangements while in Dubai
- Administration
· Collect and organize expenses and receipts
· Prepare and submit expense reports
· Research of songs, writers, including but not limited to their record labels and management contact details
· Ripping, filling and organizing new songs to collaborate with R3HAB
· Calendar Management of Lewis, Kate and key artist of the company
· Other task that will be given if assistance is needed
