Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and enhancing our distribution network for BASF Paint systems. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, excellent sales skills, and a strong track record of business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for BASF Paint systems within the automotive sector.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Create and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding BASF Paint system products.
• Report on market trends, sales activities, and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of BASF Paint systems, especially Glasurit, Baslac, and Norbin, is a significant advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
