Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • UAE developer experience is a must for atleast 1-2 years
  • Thorough knowledge of RERA Forms (A, B, I & F) and Sales Progression
  • Manage all aspects of real estate administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and file management.
  • Coordinate property listings, prepare contracts, and assist in property marketing activities.
  • Draft MOU, Tenancy contracts and Agent to Agent agreement.
  • Listing Quality Score (Property finder & Bayut)
  • Submit documents for verification (ID, title deed & NOC/Form A) to portals like Property finder, Bayut & Dubizzle.
  • Trakheesi permits on secondary sale & rental properties,.
  • Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Conduct research and analysis on property market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling property viewings, inspections, and meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.
  • Maintaining agents' commission logs, commission claim process and validation
  • Invoicing, receipting and credit notes data for agents
  • Detailed record of all outstanding receivables
  • Secondary deal tracker, maintenance and record keeping
  • OFF plan tracker
  • Developer agent portals
  • maintaining broker IDs
  • Making transaction reports
  • Thorough knowledge of AML (Anti-money laundering) procedures
