Position Overview:The Senior Sales Executive (Perishables) will be responsible for managing and expanding our B2B sales operations within the Al Aweer Fruits and Vegetable Market and outside. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in market sales of fruits and vegetables, including both air and sea shipments products. They will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Product Knowledge and Expertise:Maintain in-depth knowledge of the fruits and vegetables market, including air and sea shipments products.
Provide clients with detailed information about product availability, quality, and pricing.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new product offerings.
- Client Relationship Management:Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and other businesses.
Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Sales Administration:Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Business Unit Head.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
- Market Presence:Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and expand the client base.
Actively participate in market activities within the Al Aweer Fruits and Vegetable Market to enhance the company's presence and visibility.
