Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Cashier cum Sales associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling transactions at the cash register while providing exceptional customer service and support in sales activities. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and personable individual who can efficiently manage transactions and contribute to our sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the cash register and handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, assistance, and recommendations to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the cash counter and sales floor.
- Process exchanges and returns in accordance with company policies.
- Support sales efforts by upselling or cross-selling products to enhance customer experience and maximize sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support in achieving departmental goals.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in operating a weighing scale in the vegetable department and handling roastery spices.
Salary Package : AED 1100 + AED 200 + Accomodation + Transportation
