Assistant Sales Manager position is for an e n e r g e t i c , r e l a t i on s h i p b u i l d e r , sales o r i e n t e d , r e s u l t s f o c used, responsible p e r s o n with c omm e r c ial skills a nd e n g i n ee r i n g k n o w led g e is pre fe rred for t he p o s i t i on .
- Directly reports to Business Manager & Commercial Director
- Handling Sales & Marketing activities of EKC for defined products and territory
- New Business and account development
- Managing and retaining Existing Business
- Meeting set sales targets
- Coordinating sales and marketing activities and promotion with lead customers and dealers / distributors of EKC products
- Direct promotion of EKC products with specific objective of introducing and ensuring participation in all business of segments such as: CNG distribution companies, CNG Station companies, CNG Conversion workshops, Industrial gases production companies and distributors
- Handling administrative work for coordination with branch offices in allocated territories.
- Produce specific benchmarking and competitor information as well as recommend strategies to be ahead of and counter activities by competition brands
- Preparing business plans, forecast reports and marketing strategy per period, as defined by management
- Ensure permanent report and feedback of all business results and commercial activities (daily, weekly, monthly or as defined by management)
- Manage and perform specific activities as defined by management
Qua li f i c a ti on a n d T r a i t s
- Graduate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred but not limited)
- Post Grad diploma in Management is not limited but preferred
- The candidate should have some of all of the following traits: dynamic, energetic, relationship builder, sales oriented, results focused, responsible, self-motivated.
- English should be spoken and written for proper periodical reporting to head office.
- Male or Female, no gender preference.
Job E x p e r i e n c e
- Minimum 6 to 8 years in sales and marketing of engineering related products with a reputed company.
- Preference would be given but not limited to commercial experience in High Pressure Gas cylinders, CNG Cylinders, Oil & Gas sector, energy or automobile products.

S a l a r y P a c k a g e
C o m p a n y w ill o ff er monthly all -inclusive Total g r oss salary of AED 5 0 00 to 7500 Per month (excluding annual benefits as per company rules) t o be defined upon the qu a li f i c a t i on a nd e x p e r i e n c e of t he candidate . Th i s v alue is a lump sum to i n c lude all t axes a nd expenses r e q u i r e d by l o c a l e m p l o y m e n t l a w s a nd r e g u l a t i on s. T ra v elling expenses and other e x p e nses f or t r a v e l o u t of l o c a t i on c i t y w ill be paid at a c t u a l s a s per the c omp a ny set m a x i mum li m i t s .
