Position: Headmistress
Location: Doha, Qatar
Qualifications:

• Post Graduate degree in any subject
• B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)
• Must have teaching experience
• At least 4 years of experience in leadership roles as Vice Principal or Headmistress
• Age preference: 35-45

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing academic programs and ensuring high standards of education
• Leading and mentoring teachers and staff
• Managing school operations and administration
• Engaging with parents and the community to foster a positive learning environment
• Implementing school policies and ensuring compliance with regulations
