Job Title: Lighting Sales cum Lighting Designer
Job Description:
- 2-3 years of Lighting Sales Experience in commercial and residential projects.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries to secure new business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
- Experience working on international projects in Luxury residential, Palaces' will be highly considered.
- High level of proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD, and Dialux
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop lighting concepts and propose them to the clients.
- Providing Lighting Design for Interior, façade, and Landscape areas based on project requirements.
- Coordinating with the team on the various stages of the project.
- Prepare Lux calculations for all projects along with related reports
- Preparing documentation for review and analysis.
- Preparing technical specifications for light fixtures, brands, and lighting controls. Developing and preparing lighting details.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Arabic Speaker is a must!
- Lighting Sales and Designing Experience
- Valid UAE Driving License
