· Adhere to all safety protocols and standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
· Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
·Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
·Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.
Assist in training production staff on the proper use and basic maintenance of equipment.
