Job Description

  • Equipment Maintenance

Perform routine, preventive, and predictive maintenance on production machinery, including packaging equipment, conveyors, mixers, and other processing equipment.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.

·Replace or repair faulty components, such as motors, sensors, switches, and valves.

  • Facility Maintenance

Conduct regular inspections of building infrastructure, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and structural components.

·Perform repairs and maintenance on facility fixtures, fittings, and utilities.

  • Safety Compliance

· Adhere to all safety protocols and standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

· Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).

·Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and repairs.

  • Operational Efficiency

Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.

·Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.

  • Training and Development

Assist in training production staff on the proper use and basic maintenance of equipment.

·Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
