Role Overview:
As a Senior Rock Mechanics Specialist in the Geotechnical Division, you will provide expert technical guidance and leadership in rock mechanics and geotechnical engineering for complex infrastructure projects. Your role will involve conducting advanced analyses, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of geotechnical designs. You will play a key role in:
• Leading and managing rock mechanics and geotechnical investigations for infrastructure projects.
• Conducting detailed rock mechanics analyses, including stability assessments, stress analysis, and deformation studies.
• Developing and reviewing geotechnical models, designs, and reports to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Suitable Applicants Will Have/Be:
• More than 10 years of experience in rock mechanics and geotechnical engineering, with a proven track record of managing and delivering successful projects.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. in Rock Mechanics or a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong understanding of rock mechanics principles, geotechnical analysis methods, and relevant software tools.
