Utilities Infrastructure Director Relocation Opportunity Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

About the role :
On behalf of our client, The Management Recruitment Group is looking for a Utilities Infrastructure Director to oversee and manage the utility services that support a large-scale infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia.
Key Accountabilities :
• Establish and maintain relationships with utility service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure service delivery.
• Report to executive leadership on risk management and evaluate program performance in terms of cost, time, and quality.
• Develop and implement plans to ensure the continuous and efficient delivery of utility services, coordinating with utility providers and internal departments
• Ensure utility operations comply with laws, regulations, and safety standards, and implement safety protocols.
• Manage budgets for utility services, including forecasting costs and optimising spending.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks, and prepare for emergencies with contingency plans.
• Ensure the proper maintenance, operation, and upgrades of utility systems and infrastructure.
You will need to be :
As the ideal candidate, you will bring at least ten years of Infrastructure experience, focused on utilities for large-scale projects. You must have experience working closely with leadership, executive management, and stakeholders.
Background, Skills, and Qualifications :
• Over 10 years experience working for a client-side organisations, or leading, blue-chip project management consultancies.
• Over 10 years experience working on large scale projects with multi-million-dollar values.
• Bachelor s degree in civil engineering, Construction or related fields.
